"Monditude" seems to be nongoogly at present.
I used to just say mond, or mondness. "Mond" is of course French for world, but my childhood friends and I used it differently. It was shorthand for "everything going on in your life." The place you live, what music you're listening to, what your job is, who you're dating, what foods and beverages and drugs you're ingesting... it all coalesces into something like a Weltanschauung or Zeitgeist, but more personal and particular.
Long pointless backstory: at one time I lived in Richmond, Virginia. Some college student got very high and started calling it "the mond of Rich," and then people laughed and decided that Williamsburg should be called "the Burg of William" and then Charlottesville should be called "the ville of Charlotte."
Note: It was only funny if you were extremely high and extremely Virginian and extremely collegiate and extremely 19 years old. Which almost everyone in this story was. I cannot and will not defend that confluence.
But one thing has stuck with me: "mond" is a word I still use for "all the facets of your current life, glommed together."
