Hard to have much sympathy. I always found shorter hair worked better with football. I shaved my head my entire career.

Champ Bailey got cut by the Saints. Quite a few big corners moved to safety as their career went on but I'm not sure Bailey is near the hitter like Charles Woodson or especially Rod Woodson.
