I'll be in Seattle from Apr. 17-21. I'm not coming for the EMP conference but I thought other ILXors might be in town during that time for the conference. Are there any plans to get together in that time frame?

Sorry didn't see that til now. I'll be staying downtown but am interested in seeing other areas. Sat. the 18th or Mon. the 20th would be the best evenings for me to do stuff I think. My coworker invited me to go see Sleep with him on 4/20 but SURPRISINGLY THAT IS SOLD OUT. I'm also just open to non-touristy things to see/places to go/things to eat/drink/shows to see, though I will def be doing some touristy shit too.

I'm assuming if I decide at the last minute to go to the Mariners game on Saturday, my best bets for tickets are StubHub or scalpers? No special local baseball ticket tricks, right?

My bowling team actually made it into the playoffs (despite me being 1/2 asleep from having just returned from Colombia) and it is that Monday night. With luck we will lose the 1st game and I'll be there before 8. If by some miracle we win, I should be there by 9 :)

I think you would have no problem just buying tickets at the stadium right before the game, but I could be wrong.

Several good spots - La Fonda Catrina, Flying Squirrel Pizza, Jules Mae, etc. Square Knot diner next door is okay but not awesome except you can get booze in your milkshake.
