WFMU is dangerously low on cash, and there is less than one week remaining of our silent fundraiser.
Frankly, we're getting a little scared. We need to raise $51,239 by midnight on Oct 31st.

They made their goal a couple of days after the marathon's nominal end, I believe. The fact that they held open the counting for a few extra days and hardly anybody even noticed is nice -- the fall "silent" fundraiser is about as painless as a fundraiser can be.
