it's ok i just feel like the "word association based on old rap star/crew" hook formula is really stale by now and there's been a bunch of Cash Money-themed one (Bankroll Fresh "Hot Boy," Jacquees "Like Baby" etc)

no there are literally a million songs following that Rick Ross "MC Hammer" template, the Cash Money ones are just a plentiful subgenre

the thing about 'big tymin' is, 1) its actually good which was the problem w/ 'hot boy', and 2) it actually captures the abstract spiritual vibe of classic big tymers....also its the only song i know of that's about the big tymers, the hot boys and "like baby" aren't really the same thing

but again, al being against it is a good indicator we're on the right track for goon cru status
