Seems likely. Oranges & Lemons was recorded in L.A. in 1989, "Spirit of the Forest" was at least partially recorded in L.A. in the same year.

in the middle all of a sudden there are all these brazilian singers but i didn't see a list of names anywhere. looks like djavan is there.

i totally missed that the jungle brothers were in the chorus but now i see them in the video when i freeze frame.
