love that the celtics are at the point that their bench players are hatable

how dare eddie house react to hitting 3 3s in a row like jokim noah after finishing an uncontested dunk - he should be more in the derick rose emotional leadership mold - the celtics overall should take a page from the chicago bulls wildly disparate uncoordinated emotional energy playbook - that after all was one of the key components of last years championship run and their best player the notably subdued kevin garnett

Eddie House is that dude on the playground who starts beating his chest and slapping the ground after hitting an 5 foot uncontested jumper, after airballing his first five shots. I don't have a problem with the Celtics bench in general, I think Leon Powe is one of the most underrated guys out there and don't even hate Scalabrine as much as some of you guys, but House is one of the top 5 annoying players to watch in the NBA, no question.

i would be super bitter to hav to root for that shambles of a random franchise in chicago who only have a glimmer of hope due to some ridic ping pong action too

there is a method to this, guys. when eddie starts raining 3s on fools the home crowd gets pumped up (because if he makes one there's a good chance he's going to make 4 or 5), so eddie gets pumped up, which pumps them up even more. nothing like the other team having to blow a timeout because an undersized backup 2-guard with a weird-looking shot is shaking the rafters of his home court.

Yeah sure KG was always like that, but something always seemed off to me. When you're acting all "I am the baddest mofo in the world" and then you disappear in the fourth quarter of every playoff game ever in Minnesota, something doesn't jive.
