Paid st Mirren 12.50 to watch a very shitty game they played against Celtic earlier.

As is fairly normal at smaller spfl grounds there was an SNP advertising board along the side of the field. less commonly - in my experience - there was a board that read Councillor Eddie Devine - in labour colours.

finding this picture of Councillor Eddie Devine almost made paying 12.50 and watching the shitty game worthwhile:

his jacket and stiffly upright posture reminds me of the 3000w black russell hobbs rapid boil honeycomb texture kettle I bought off ebay recently

I presume he is pointing at uncut hedges there? Labour councillors will get involved with all sorts of corrupt housing schemes that line their own pockets and slash the fuck out of local maintenance budgets with a very heavy heart. Lol good work if you can get it.

About 18 months ago a local councillor tried to taxi me (as a Labour party member) to a meeting to vote for some housing project on a local greenfield site. God knows why I didn't tell him to fuck himself as a first response, but i politely did as a second. Then the next day someone tried to burn his house down and I presumed it was probably some racist hate-crime. But the more I learn about him, the more I presume he has just made a lot of enemies - even in the Asian community and is basically a deeply corrupt motherfucker!

lol he knew that I was a Corbyn entryist so to appeal me he told me the two most honourable people he had ever met in the PLP was Ken Livingstone and Gordon Brown!

xps. it's an SNP-run council so the bold Eddie is giving it tight to the nasty nats for their negligent hedge management

hedge-crime>>>potholes>>>dog-shit>>>someone writing swearwords or hip-hop influenced graffiti on Branson owned data cabinets on middle class housing estates.

Eddie giving me strong Big Daddy vibes, perhaps he's angry about the hedges because they remind him of giant haystacks.

in which case cutting them down to size should be easy, easy, easy

they couldn't find a photo of this guy pointing at a pothole so they've just put an insert of his official photo over a stock photo of a pothole (idk where that pothole is, but reverse google search indicates that its photo has also appeared alongside pothole stories in the Newcastle Chronicle, the Bristol Post and others)

It's not a local councillor pointing at a pothole. It's some business owner from Belfast stood inside what the local infrastructure dept refer to as a culvert. But it's a superlative entry to the local press doing pothole stories genre.

it's noticeable that several of them have no idea what to do with their arms when they're being photographed and there isn't a nearby pothole for them to point at

Inside every fat local councillor there's a tiny Prime Minister trying to get out.

young trendy independent councillors on the pothole run. They could have done a more proper repair with a sack of readymade cold lay tarmac, but didn't want to get their threads dirty!
