yahowa 13 - penetration: an aquarian symphony (there seems to be an annoying amount of repetitive surface noise on this, even though it's a new copy of the reissue. blech.)

also, tangentially... there is a guy on ebay (located in germany) selling clean copies of those Swordfish Yahowa reissues, except that his shipping for one LP is over $20. The LPs are all ending tomorrow and many of them have bids between $1-5. What do you think my chances are of winning several of them cheap enough to make it a worthwhile purchase?

i would kill 2 have that on vinyl, emil.y

right now: neu '75

previously: velvet underground and nico

ian, Saturday, 18 July 2009 17:44 (fourteen years ago) link

hahaha, this board's arrival came just when i happened to be listening to tons of CDs. need to listen to stuff for my column, plus, i got that new Past & Present hard rock/psych comp in the mail and i've been listening to that a lot. and metal stuff for review. by monday i'll be good though. (blew my friday deadline cuz i spaced out.) anyway, the new nurse with wound thing i got in the mail is really cool! and on cd. though it might be on vinyl too.

yeah, this board is awesome. it's making me choose LPs first so I can show'n'tell. we usually listen to Billie in evening but now I pulled this out instead of the CD.

ah, the germany dilemma. s'why i've only ordered from there once or twice over the years, both times from raffmond when they were having some huge-ass sale.
