Or something. Point being, some friends of mine and I who all know the dear Donut Bitch from many years back decided a few weeks ago that visiting him was an Urgent and Key thing to do sometime later this year. I've talked about it with a few ILX folk as well, and this has now sorta evolved into a 'come to Seattle for a megaFAP or two over Memorial Day weekend' kind of thing.

I'm planning on going up Wednesday May 21 and staying through Memorial Day itself (May 26), and those of us in on this are plotting ahead to get hotel rooms, splitting the costs, etc. The idea of this would be meet up with all the good ILX Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia crew, DB's circle of friends, anyone else who wants to join us -- basically a big ol' West Coast equivalent to the monster get-together starting to brew for July 4 in NYC.

So join in if you can! Given DB's bad couple of days with the job interview bastardry he had to endure, I wanted to get this going more fully, both to get plans set up more quickly and also, if you can't make it, to have a thread where we get to say how cool the Donut Bitch is (and he is, you know). More about this as the time gets nearer!

Sure, that sounds great. Voyeur stays open later since it's a bar too, but I'm not sure how long food service lasts. Speed of service probably depends on when Small Wonder's batteries were last charged.

I'm off work at 4 on weekdays; on the weekend anytime mid to late afternoon and after should be fine.

I'd vote for Saturday, but either should work (I'd also vote for the Elysian though I've been to all but two of those places and they're all good).

i just got home from spending the afternoon with donut bitch and pink moose. there were piroshkys (ies?), mr pibb EXTRA, knish, strip joints (well ATM in the lobby, anyway), art museum, zines, goth blocks, sex toys, and hostile drunks! (not necessarily in that order) in particular, there was no commingling of sex toys and hostile drunks, unfortunate as it may seem in retrospect.
