I'd love to hear the album Vangelis did with Patty Pravo. I really like her. I only have a compilation and a late '70's album called "Miss Italia". I was looking for some things of hers on Youtube, and there are some from the sixties which are very nice (not with Vangelis, of course). I'm a big Riccardo Cocciante fan for some years, and I love that whole album (did you know that the French language version is completely different, with arrangements instead by Giovanni Tommaso of Perigeo? I didn't before I bought it on CD and was quite surprised). Also on Youtube, there is a video for a wonderful recent song that Riccardo Cocciante wrote for Sylvie Vartan called "Je N'Aime Encore Que Toi" - again, there's no Vangelis, but I would recommend it to you if you liked the songs of Mr. Cocciante. The album Vangelis did with Claudio Baglioni is very good, also - hopefully you will have that; there are some very strange synthesizer parts. Also, the "Odes" album with Irene Papas is great in the large-scale Vangelis style. As an arranger / performer, he's just all over anything he works on in such a good way - you just have to hear a second or two and you know it could be nobody but Vangelis.

I like the Neil so far. It's definitely raw, but, you know, it's a nice flipside to Prairie Wind in that way. thing is, it's really not "preachy" or anything; he's not browbeating the listener or anything -- he's only haranguing one guy: that dipshit in the oval office.
