i woke up at noonish, did not feel bad, got up and made coffee and breakfast for everyone and was quite fine until approximately a half hour ago when, of all fucking things, my blood sugar crashed due to not actually eating breakfast myself. apparently i can drink 15 KOZMOS and be fine but don't eat a damn egg and i'm fucked like porn star.
