Do you print your photos at home? If so, printer recommendations would be good.

Do you use an online service? Do you use high street shops?

Jonesy recommended http://www.photobox.co.uk/ to us, which we've used a couple of times and have been very happy with. Used Jessops a couple of times before then, and they're not as good (not as much control over precise dimensions and finish - we like a nice matt finish).

I've got hundreds of prints from Photobox now (and calendars and stickers too, though I think Moo are better for unusual products) and, as much as I like them, I would advise people to do a test order first. Your filename should appear on the back of the print*, so it's easy to track your experimentation. I think Photobox prints are a touch dark - Amateur Photographer magazine tested them and they reckoned they're consistently 1/3-stop too dark - and I keep meaning to set up a preset in LR so I can "Export for Photobox". A little +0.3EV boost.

(* - Photobox have a link to Flickr now, which means you can drop files straight in without having to upload for a second time, but unfortunately this seems to strip the EXIF data, so date/time/shooting info no longer appears on the back of the print and you just get the nonsensical Flickr filename).
