football tickets (UK)

my kids want to see a premier league game and fuck if i can figure out how to buy a ticket. they like arsenal, i like fulham, but for the life of me i cannot seem to buy a ticket to a match. with fulham i have to be a member, which costs an annual fee and fuck that, or i have to have a previous order history. with arsenal i have to be some gold or silver tier member or a junior gunner club supporter I AM CRYING

not quite the same i know but it would be a whole lot easier to get tickets for like prem teams in carabao cup matches

Europa / league cup games go on general sale at some point for Arsenal usually.

If you have an Emirates air miles account it might be worth seeing if you can redeem points for tickets. Most of the availability is for the Europa but they did have some PL games when I checked last week.

take them to Watford! not a ton of star quality but ime tickets can be relatively easy to get even against big clubs and it's a family-friendly club/ground

Why not teach them to be disappointed and show them the grim realities of League One

are secondary sites a thing? there are tix on StubHub but most are at least double the face-value. still they appear to actually exist now, and allow me to pay money for them, which is better going than the official club sites.
