This is from August, not October, but I just got it and it's too nice not to use. It's from outside the Oval after England won the Ashes. Some hoon was running around, doing that shouting-into-cameras thing that folk do when they're celebrating. My mate was one of his victims:

in October 2009 I took dear Abbott's advice (I think?) and used Punky Colors* instead of Elumen in my hair!! Now I am brighter than the falling, fall leaves.

Totally flopped on the posting of the picture. Once I got home, I sat down on the couch, and promptly feel asleep for four hours, woke up at 12:30, then rolled over into the bed, where I slept very well.
