figured out it was chinese, didn't seem like shanghai. taipei seemed to have that uniformity to a lot of the streets, with dense 6-12 story buildings. a good guess, basically!

Just 9 blocks from the waterfront, the Citadel has been restored to look much as the fort did in 1856.
