And possession of coke as well. I think I read she could face up to six years (combined penalties of various offences or something).

There's something really creepy about how nosejobs subtly change the whole character of someone's face. I can't help but think of someone getting rhinoplasty for non-medical reasons as a symptom of some pretty serious shame and self-loathing.
