uh, so gayz, i have to move. i don't want to, for the most part, but am starting to feel really bad about things.

like, how is it that new housemate who has spent a total of like a month and a half here since she moved in May 1st gets to dictate what the house needs?

how is it that other housemates agree with her, but say that it's more a lifestyle thing and nothing against me as a person?

urgh.

tbh i kind of spent the winter doing the same except for wanking to girly porn sometimes and then all the girls came out in their summer clothes and i basically went nuts ^___^

The Reverend, Tuesday, 10 August 2010 03:58 (thirteen years ago) link

ew don't say "wanking"

"wanking"

The Reverend, Tuesday, 10 August 2010 04:01 (thirteen years ago) link

ok, also, gross thing here, but i have a corn on my right big toe that might be able to win some sort of record.

i've had bumps on my toes for years but have no idea what they are or what caused them. they're something of a deterrent to wearing open-toed shoes in public, even though i still sometimes do

and now i've gone down the wormhole of GIS'ing various podiatric ailments :( :(

i never wear sandles ever p. much cause i detest the thought of being a dude who wears sandles. i haven't even owned any since i was like 10

The Reverend, Tuesday, 10 August 2010 04:42 (thirteen years ago) link

i can't even spell them :(

The Reverend, Tuesday, 10 August 2010 04:42 (thirteen years ago) link

also i p. much hate feet

The Reverend, Tuesday, 10 August 2010 04:44 (thirteen years ago) link

Yay, boy from other night messaged me back! There is hope!

Janet Privacy Control (corey), Tuesday, 10 August 2010 05:13 (thirteen years ago) link

feet are gross. i just can't understand foot fetishists...or at least i guess i can see how a foot in really good condition can be attractive, but those dudes must spend their lives in a frustrating and fruitless pursuit of a half-decent foot, let alone a perfect one, because in practice feet are gross. and you can't get away from it, it's an inevitable consequence of being human.

re: str8 dudes - i ask them questions about their taste! usually w/r/t muscles, i never quite know where str8 dudes stand on women with eg toned arms. i know several girls whoa are weirdly paranoid about that...like they'll go to the gym to lose weight but they're scared of lifting weights and gaining visible muscle. i'm like, how can getting your body in healthy, strong shape ever be a bad thing? smh. anyway yeah, retty easy to proffer one's own opinion in those conversations. it's usually cool but if they get too obnoxious then i can just go there w/r/t boys and that usually reins them in.

The Reverend, Tuesday, 10 August 2010 21:01 (thirteen years ago) link

well there's crazy crazy muscles which are nagl on either sex and just make me think of roids, like the dude i walked into on the tube the other day, and then there's just tone and definition, which is what the girls i referred to seem to be scared of

so Aretha cancelled. Again. Like when I planned to see her in '86.

For you, Morbs. One of my favorite Aretha tunes from the eighties:

i'm just not into sex with strangers as a way to relieve our mutual boredom. (not that i've not done it before and won't ever again.)

You guys know those Save the Children guys that stand on the sidewalk and try to guilt you into donating money? I totally hit it off with one and then got dinner with him after he got off work. During which he proceeded to tell me about his "partner" and also mentioned the word "monogamous", WTF! I also went to an ACT UP meeting and saw Orlando and picked up two AIDS short-story collections (by Allen Barnett and Jameson Currier) and then danced on top of a speaker cabinet to "Debaser" and then capped the night by doing something impulsive at 2AM that probably was unwise considering I had work in 12 hours.

kind of shrill and very self-righteous (Dr Morbius), Wednesday, 11 August 2010 11:14 (thirteen years ago) link

And that was just on Monday!! Orlando was very nice but not exceptional. I'd maybe like to see it again but I wouldn't buy it. Morbs what specifically did you really dislike about it?

En Moog (Stevie D), Wednesday, 11 August 2010 11:30 (thirteen years ago) link

I haven't seen it since 1994 but I thought then it was static except for the bitching session between Alexander Pope and his colleagues. Not charmless though, and I'm not sure how else one can film such an "unfilmeable" book.
