i'm okay! had a nice day yesterday despite hangover and shit-feelin in the morning. going to hang with m4tt during his break today, probably chill and watch movies tonight.

last night i went to a feast/dance party at my friends' place, and just hung around the fire most of the night. and my friend 3ctor gave me this amazing shirt:

woke up something like 12-1

went to this vintage boutique shop in my neighborhood to buy clothes for the first time in a damned forever, walked out with a pink dress shirt and this flamboyant flame-colored tie for $12 together

went to the dollar store for a couple items and the absolute cutie 19-ish latino dude i have a total boner for was the cashier today. (have i mentioned i love twinky latino boys? this will come up later, kinda)

went back to the house, chilled for a while, ended up downloading civilization 2 and playing it for a while (lol nerd past coming back to haunt)

ended up playing texas hold em with my skeezy gay christian muscle bro roommate (ugh) and his friends, in which i summarily got my ass whupped

went to karaoke with my friend l1z (i wore the pink-shirt flame-tie), where i sang "save a horse, ride a cowboy", "rock with you" (poorly... too drunk to sing mj properly by then), "slippin' into darkness", and "don't cha". l1z was so happy that she was the first person to get to sing "bad romance" there, cause the vj just got it that day, i was just jealous that she discovered this first.

anyway, so i was riding back from karaoke, crossing steel bridge... and OMG how's this for a gay milestone... i'm pretty sure i got CRUISED for the first time. i was going past this young latin guy, i checked him out as i went past and he was like "hey!..... can u give me a ride?" and i was just kind of like "lol whut" like u are cute and all but no, and kept riding... and two more times as i crossed the bridge he was like "hey!". i thought about turning and going back for him but ugh i wish i wasn't such a damned prude cause i should be having sex with a hot guy right now

Yeah I think I would be too surprised to act accordingly and not answer with a nervous laugh.

in other matters, can i ask any of you in relationships some questions?

1) was there a point around the 4 month mark where stuff got really weird?

2) if you're 'open,' did you ever feel an intense jealousy over yr partner being with someone else, even if it was in a...um...professional capacity? (m4tt's been doing p0rn shoots)

3) if you're still their primary partner— the person they sleep with the most, and enjoy being with the most— but they need more 'breathing room,' what the fuck does that mean?

~ 4 month is definitely weird. it's just adjusting to what each of you wants.

~ jealousy is completely natural and it is good that you desire him so. just make sure you both understand rules.

~ as i suggested before, "breathing room" means that he wants you for exactly what he wants you for, and doesn't need to feel all the pressure that can come with something more binding.

1) seems to be a common feature of most relationships in my experience (ie 3-4 months is the point where you're like 'is this just a fun fling or something more?') - i'm guessing the "weirdness" has no small thing to do with your 2) and 3), neither of which i have much experience with

might be a really good time for you to start thinking about exactly what YOU want. not an issue you can bring to resolution overnight, obviously, but it's worth thinking about it, in terms of how hard you are willing to go for this guy.
