You need to put down the chicken in marinade for as long as you can, but three hours is good. So you are probably too late. Made it a couple of weeks ago for a Somali friend whose mother makes FLAMETHROWER curry and I earned the 'did a *white person* cook this, no WAY?' badge. XD <--- white dork face
