Agile familiarity a plus; a+++ if familiar with the power industry (generation/transmission/distribution) or pipeline distribution or other large scale scada type stuff. Living in Pioneer Square was weird, but I loved being so close to King Street Station. So simple to catch bus/lt rail to anywhere.
