It was an alright movie when you consider the whole thing was basically written around one good scene, that is, the apples scene.

bourne series is just as corny, but deficient in apples, too.

I still get a kick out of the scene in Switzerland where the two cops are hassling him, and after he grabs the first cops baton, there's this one-beat moment of "Holy Shit, its not just that I can tie all kinds of knots and speak tons of languages, I'm also a badass who can dismantle people" realization that they caught really well.

I liked the car chase through that French tunnel in whichever Bourne movie it was. I've blended them all into 1 big awesome Matt Damon extravaganza in my mind.

There used to be a rumor that William Goldman secretly wrote Good Will Hunting, but here's an even better story that's on the record: Terrence Malick suggested its ending. Matt Damon revealed that after he finagled a meeting with the reclusive Malick to discuss the script, the director suggested a change to the story's romantic happy ending, which found Damon and Minnie Driver leaving town together. "In the middle of the dinner, he said, 'I think it would be better if she left and he went after her.' And Ben [Affleck] and I looked at each other.
