Lindsay Lohan's legal team is preparing to sue Kamofie & Co., the jewelry store that alleges that the actress stole a $2,500 necklace, for selling the video surveillance tape of the incident.LiLo's lawyers claim that the jewelry store had no right to sell the tape because Lohan never authorized them to use her image for profit. (They sold it for $35,000 to ET.)TMZ reports that the store sold the exclusive rights to the video to Entertainment Tonight for one week, and then after the one-week period, the store will make more money by selling it to other media outlets.In any case, Lohan is due back in court on Thursday, March 10, to appear for the grand theft case.
