cap executive compensation for any company receiving any sort of aid, subsidy, grant or tax break. companies may be eligible for such things, but only if they cap salaries at (say) 1M/year, all bonuses, benefits and perks included. which might sound like a lot, but relative to what many CEOs and top execs make nowadays, it's a pretty drastic cut.

companies who do not cap income have to pay a flat rate of like 40% on gross earnings, no loopholes or deductions for anything.

Getting back to my "flags" thing, I remembered that I'm pretty nostalgic for the marches of my boy scout youth. I wish there were more civilian opportunities for marching and if elected your fascist dictator, would make them mandatory for Sunday mornings. I would exempt the differently-abled, which I realize is not very fascisty of me, but what the heck.

Oh, and I don't want to minimize the importance of fascisty uniforms! All women would have to wear either IDF uniforms or labcoats. I don't know about the men.
