Some suggestions:

HP Sauce
Bo-Tan Rice Candy
Barmcake

PIEROGIES is the correct spelling in English, easy to remember because they're like l'il pies!

suzy, Monday, 28 April 2008 02:19 (sixteen years ago) link

Perogies shirt works because of the shaky Hunter, Age 3 writing

milo z, Monday, 28 April 2008 02:20 (sixteen years ago) link

except that it kind of looks like something the Moldy Peaches would wear onstage

tehresa, Monday, 28 April 2008 02:31 (sixteen years ago) link

YES. I was trying to think of Japanese food ones that were not sushi.

Food shirt I would never wear, for fear of editorial context: PANCAKES

suzy, Monday, 28 April 2008 02:33 (sixteen years ago) link

hey guys

uh my company has done this

like a tiedyed shirt overprinted to look like a lime or a lemon. or a watermelon or a strawberry. or a pizza. or assorted meats on a grill.

we thought they would be good promotional or festival items but not all took off -- but the corn shirt was actually our best selling product for at least 2 quarters, mostly to people in iowa.

elmo argonaut, Monday, 28 April 2008 02:35 (sixteen years ago) link

i like the corn

jhøshea, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 14:59 (sixteen years ago) link

and the fries garments

jhøshea, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 14:59 (sixteen years ago) link

I would wear the burger sweater.

i would wear the fries sweater

jhøshea, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 15:01 (sixteen years ago) link

i like the radish, it is a classy veg

elmo argonaut, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 15:01 (sixteen years ago) link

i mean, i LOVE burgers, but wtf that is just an ugly sweater. it looks like a kids halloween costume. and the fries just look like that guy who hangs out with meatwad.

ian, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 15:04 (sixteen years ago) link

the radish is pretty alright.

ian, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 15:04 (sixteen years ago) link

it looks like a kids halloween costume

that's kind of what I like about it!

I DIED, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 15:05 (sixteen years ago) link

i have long considered getting a tattoo of a certain fruit, honestly

elmo argonaut, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 15:05 (sixteen years ago) link

(because it is the meaning of my surname, tho, and not for any hipster foodie reason)

elmo argonaut, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 15:07 (sixteen years ago) link

i really wanted the fries sweater but it sold out way before it got to discount... im trying to get my friend to sell me his.

phil-two, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 15:44 (sixteen years ago) link

That butchery tattoo would be really useful!

G00blar, Tuesday, 29 April 2008 21:03 (sixteen years ago) link
