as i get older, i hate it more and more when the media et al round up on someone who clearly needs a hug ..

This person is past the point of sympathy. She's a privileged toddler in a 48yo woman's body, who's had 200 second chances and accepts no responsibility for her actions. A big part of her appeal was that she was charming and attractive...now she is neither AND a shitty actress. Chica, don't come back....stay away!

watched it for a while last night, all i can remember is lizhan saying "you DO know I'm shagging him senseless, don't you?"

kind of sad i missed it, but i can't help but feel i'd be more sad if it had been directed by john waters like i wanted

it would've been more fun for sure, but if he ever makes another movie again i want him to go out on a markedly higher note than A Dirty Shame

yeah some dude that line was hot. i was surprised she made me feel something. her delivery was committed, and her voice was almost reminiscent of a cate blanchett. intense.

I loved the doctor in this movie, he was playing it for straight up laughs: "I'm not saying you have colon cancer buuuuuuuuut...."

I watched the first 20 minutes of Liz and Dick and found it super boring.

I didn't mind it! I mean, it's very much Lifetime movie, nothing surprising. But there were a few times where she looked kinda Liz, and I loved the clothes and the hurling of alcohol.

Didn't feel convincingly ~tempestuous~ enough, but it was okay for what it was. That Burton guy was a little off. Well, I guess they both were when you look at it. Shrug.

I found this SOOOO BORING! I watched 20 minutes and turned it off and watched Youtube vlogs instead. Which says a lot.

It was super boring -- I watched about 45 min and it never got any better. The Richard Burton actor was as dull as the emery board floating around at the bottom of Liz Taylor's purse.

My excuse was that I was folding laundry when I was watching it, but even then when I met up with some friends this weekend they were shaking their head at me for bothering to watch this. I feel ashamed.

I feel like its two huge trashy guilty pleasures colliding. How can you not want to witness that?

Because they collided in a boring way, like yogurt slopping onto a linoleum floor.
