or maybe you clicked on an image shared on FB that was originally from some kind of fitness-oriented page? or hit "like" on accident to something? I dunno it's all very odd. One day I got a bunch of "Like the Arctic Monkeys? Try this..." ads even though I don't know a single song by them.
