yeah I also have an ipad 2 that I use a lot and that I could see lasting me for another 3 years

yeah, i bought a first gen kindle fire just to see if i liked the style of device, and then got an ipad3. the ipad's way way nicer, but i use the hell outta the fire still, since it's very portable and sturdy. the ipad stays at home really, but between me and the kids, the fire goes everywhere.

I guess I can strain to see that but I think it's more in line with the google one -- not so much "homophobic" as poking fun at the new gentle face of capitalism that you find in the tech world
