totally. well that was interesting as promised. hardwood floors, literally only a saddle-back leather chair and an end table. we made use of the chair.

it was all pretty rough-n-tumble so we couldn't do all that he wanted to do, but we got some good kicks in. he was also one of those 20 yr old bean poles with cute glasses and a huge d, so that didn't hurt. unfortunately he had no towels of any kind - which was more unfortunate for him... also i have no idea what his name is.

My climbing gym is hosting an LGBT climbing night this Saturday. (Spoiler: I'll be attending.)

I made it with cognac instead of gin. Not sure which is the preferred route.

oh interesting! i've never had it with cognac. of course lately my drinks are quite simple; i'm a big fan of on the rocks. although it probably isn't a good idea to drink before you go mountain climbing.

As of today, my boyfriend is taking a stress leave from his hospital job with no intention of returning. He's got his note from Dr. Summeroff and will probably be clocking a lot of beach time in the next few weeks. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little jealous.

surm he's alright, he's just trying to exit as cleanly as possible from a hostile work environment which has been taxing on his physical & mental health. the stress is largely personnel related, sadly, but his doctor is very supportive. i hope he's able to make use of his downtime to focus on himself. it's hard to remember what having a non-stressed-out boyfriend is like.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this one?
