As of today, my boyfriend is taking a stress leave from his hospital job with no intention of returning. He's got his note from Dr. Summeroff and will probably be clocking a lot of beach time in the next few weeks. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little jealous.

surm he's alright, he's just trying to exit as cleanly as possible from a hostile work environment which has been taxing on his physical & mental health. the stress is largely personnel related, sadly, but his doctor is very supportive. i hope he's able to make use of his downtime to focus on himself. it's hard to remember what having a non-stressed-out boyfriend is like.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this one?
