It's racist as it is, but

On many Halloweens, on a campus somewhere in the United States, somebody decides to go to a party in blackface, provoking outrage.

Also I feel like this professor saw Bamboozled! the week before Halloween and was like "AHA THE PERFECT COSTUME IDEA"

really glad that I'm working from home today so I could really laugh at that comment

white privilege is basically being able to make $160,000 as a teacher sending students into the American legal system and not having to ever know blackface is bad
