i never watched UNCLE, probly first saw Vaughn in Bullitt, where he looked older than 35, playing first big oily pol/bizman villain he came to specialize in.

I love how in the Bullit segment of that McQueen doc from about ten years ago, Vaughn is so casually frank when discussing the appeal of the movie--[paraphrased]"Let's face it, the story makes no sense...but Steve was such a great actor"
