weird echo of the falsies (Tom D.), Wednesday, 2 August 2017 11:08 (six years ago) link

the blurriness and weird framing of the second one there is taking it close to 'cursed images' territory imo

the shape of a hot willie lumpkin (bizarro gazzara), Wednesday, 2 August 2017 11:44 (six years ago) link

yes definitely, gives it an "any time in the last 40 years" quality

I think it was shot recently and the guy on the right is the ghostly apparition of a former councillor - the pothole in question having been there since 1953.

paging dmac: what's up with yerman councillor brian murphy then, he seems... agitated

Sharia Law is operating in Ireland and most of the political class either do not know or do not care. It is a subversion of our legal system

— Cllr Brian Murphy (@brianmurphycllr) September 5, 2017

The Left hate their culture, they hate Western civilization, they hate Christianity, they want to destroy social order, and unleash anarchy.

— Cllr Brian Murphy (@brianmurphycllr) August 30, 2017

The criminal justice system in Ireland is too lenient. We are far too soft on crime, our Judges sometimes act like apologists for criminals

Wesley Shackleton explained "look at that beast." (bizarro gazzara), Thursday, 7 September 2017 11:42 (six years ago) link

Hmmm

I'll look into it.

Likely this is a career move, we tend to spot what's coming down the line from the yanks or across the water and the enterprising local politician, dressmaker, restauranteur, decorator and hairdresser will make it their business to be ahead of this important curve of cultural impetus

passé aggresif (darraghmac), Monday, 18 September 2017 00:26 (six years ago) link

please do report back, this seems like an avenue of investigation worthy of yr time

Hutts were a large slug-like sentient species who were native to the planet Nal Hutta. They were well known as galactic gangsters whose Grand Hutt Council controlled the Hutt Clan crime syndicate. One famous Hutt was the crime lord Jabba, who ruled a massive criminal empire from his palace on Tatooine.

Reached her natural level - a couple of inches above a pothole in a road.

Boulez, vous couchez avec moi? (Tom D.), Sunday, 8 September 2019 13:22 (four years ago) link

you can tell it's a tory constituency, call them bloody potholes - you couldn't even hide summat in them!

calzino, Sunday, 8 September 2019 13:35 (four years ago) link

^^ For once, pointing it out was helpful, not obvious.

pplains, Sunday, 8 September 2019 16:03 (four years ago) link

there is a pothole around the corner from my house where someone has put a scruffy old brown shoe in it and it doesn't fill it. Although I'm not sure if they were trying to use the shoe as a tarmac alternative but it is a verified pothole!
