hey gbx do u have any recommendations for good climbing shoes for beginners/novices? i'd be doing pretty modest climbs, some bouldering, and maybe some indoor stuff here and there. is it true u should be them a whole size lower than ur normal shoe size? also i like the velcro ones that u can slip in and out of real easily but it's not too important

Thanks snowball and gbx. I never knew that was a real mountain! I assumed it was some kind of model. I am so easily suckered by films. I also hadn't heard of summit registers but then I have very rarely been on any summits. I presume they they keep it in a box or something?
