No doubt I'll be proved wrong but why a team that won all it's knockout games so far by a single goal while not keeping a single clean sheet is likely to win the final 7-0 is beyond me.

All in all a deserved win though. Swedish attack was even worse than ours, and the dutch gameplay seemed solid.

Yeah, they seem able to grind out a result. If they can keep USA at 0-0 till after half-time they stand a chance. But I think USA will storm over them the first 15mins.

Van der Sanden's finish when she did decide to attack later on suggested that she might have been right to head for the corner flag the first time.

I don't think the Netherlands can win without Martens uninjured and in top form and she's currently neither of those. Hopefully it'll be close, though.
