That sacking is insane when you consider Watford still have to play City and Bournemouth have Everton, who have been shite since the restart. You have to assume he's done something dodgy.

Basically all it takes now is for Watford to lose to Arsenal, Bournemouth to get a soft 1-0 victory at Everton and for City to do what they did to Watford in the FA Cup final and they're down on goal difference.

14 draws the Wolves have had this season, more of them games we shd've won than lost. If we'd converted 4 or 5 of those to wins we'd be right up there.

Brendan Rodgers really is perfecting the art of the truly great Premier League choke.

I don't know what the deal is with Rodgers, his teams start off like steeplechasers and end up as seaside donkeys.

Leicester were fine when they had the ball (literally 70% of the match) but the defenders played like they'd never met each other before, which i guess is understandable with Pereira, Chilwell and Soyuncu out.

Soyuncu has been one of the best players in the Prem this season so yeah makes sense. This season's Leicester remind me more of Spurs in 2011 under Redknapp, exciting and lethal first team played every week and run into the ground by spring. Feels like an absolute freak of nature that didn't happen to Ranieri's Leicester.

maybe, but we've gone 2 seasons + overtime on very limited squad rotation, clearly luck has to be a factor but i think a good medical team can play a big part
