Friend of the family's kid actually for real went blind when he was an early team from Accutane, and then later killed himself, although the suicide might be unrelated. It is a really sad story, though.
My skin is okay, not great, but not bad enough (or I don't care enough) to put a lot of effort into FIGHTING WRINKLES AND AGING AND ZITS AND GRAVITY AND AND AND AND OMG YOU'RE HIDEOUS. I wash my face twice a day with regular soap (OMG!) and put sunscreen on it in the morning. The only thing I'm really uptight about is washing off make up when I wear it, but that is more because makeup feels like clothes for my face and not washing it off would be like, I don't know, sleeping with my shoes on.

LJ maybe I am alone on this one, but dude: unless your career plans are very different from what I imagine, if I were you I would not worry too much about having "inconsistent" pigment or a freckly-looking ass. back, maybe, if it's important to you to look good without a shirt on, but I'd recommend keeping the ass low-priority, that's just me

I have good skin, but I don't really give much thought to it. Had a short period with acne in the past, don't remember it being a huge deal. Cigarettes do terrible things to people's skin. It's pretty sad when you can just look at a person's face and tell.

I heard urine was quite good for skin too :-/
Ultimately, where I stand, forgetting daily concerns of washing, getting sun, and wearing good fabrics, is that if your complexion is good save for a few hormonal quiddities, there's no need to really change much of your personal hygiene routine.
Speaking of hormones, aren't the hormones released in sex supposed to be the beneficial element? The contact itself might cause a few more spots but it's supposed to be good for the complexion (which, as established, is the main thing), isn't it?
