ENBB what sunscreen do you use? my face is already freckly enough and i'm worried about sun damage, but i fuckin hate the feeling of sunscreen on my face, and i hate that it wipes off onto everything, no matter how you rub it in.

i dunno. it started going downhill in my mid-20s - i used to get one zit per 6 months, now i get a couple every couple weeks, lots of blackheads/ugly pores, often it just feels really gross and blah. oh and i recently noticed what looks like broken capillaries across my cheeks (i'm not an alcoholic! i swear!)

Justine - I use some Nuetrogena dry touch stuff. I like it but I'm not completely sold on it. Might try something else when it runs out.

i accidentally got cetaphil with spf 50 and it was AWFUL

the cetaphil i usually use has something like an spf 30

also, i had normal acne i guess - never really bad, just standard adolescent zits. and now i get them around my monthly time, but my little sister always had really bad skin and it's kind of funny that i'm 3.5 years older and taller but her roommate in peru guessed i was 20? 20?!?! srsly wtf.

Actually, it's silicone. Nothing can reduce the size of your pores. It's like putting toothpaste in the nail holes in your wall before you move out.

One of my friends in HS did the accutane - birth control thing. I took something else - forget what it was - but I remember the doctor telling me that side effects included yeast infections and I fainted. It was the only time I have ever fainted.

Remember Retin-A? I was prescribed that for a brief time in high school. It keeps you looking young and pink-ish because it basically burns off your topmost layer of skin. Charming, that.
