Living Desert Zoo in Palm Desert has sand cats. I may just have to visit soon.

They had one of these the last time I went to Brookfield Zoo, it just looks like they've got a regular cat in a zoo display; i.e. cute.

Did not see sand cat at London Zoo :( I think they've changed the exhibits so they've got something else there now.
