Exactly. Harris is in a completely different movie from everyone else, and seems to have 100% internalized the idea that the villain believes himself to be the hero. He's one of my favorite actors.

Its a great role for him in context, its not like his internalised intensity is any less than cages burst variety, Connery's always-smoulder is background hum
