The first song the pair wrote was "Friday Night Explodes", which explored their experiences of working all week and getting drunk at Snobs nightclub in the city every Friday night.

The band met manager Mark Chester (who thought King Adora "were like The Clash, they were the perfect band") and gave him a three-track demo, which he circulated amongst A&R representatives

King Adora were heavily publicised by Kerrang! and Melody Maker magazines, though they lost support from the latter publication when it was merged with NME (who took a lukewarm view of the band) in late 2000

King Adora were sent to record their debut album at Sawmills Studios in Cornwall with producer John Cornfield in late 2000, away from record company interference. Pictures of the studio's previous clients (Muse, The Stone Roses, The Verve) on the studio walls provided inspiration during the sessions.

After working on further demos for their second album and leaking them on their official website, King Adora bounced back with a UK tour in October and November 2002, debuting new songs "Kamikaze" and "Maniac Love". Despite low attendances at some gigs, Browne commented that "we’d been away for a year with no singles and no press so you’ve got to expect a degree of that any way.

Lack of label support and changing tastes in the UK guitar music scene led King Adora to split in 2005.

Love that. It's definitely a self-authorship tell.

After retiring from basketball in 2018, Benson began painting. Painting was one of the hobbies he took on to fill his new found free time, but he didn't take himself seriously as a fine artist. It wasn't until July 2018 when that began to change. While out one night in Las Vegas, he found himself the victim of racially charged police brutality. The next day, badly shaken, he locked himself in his hotel room and didn't leave. That night, he ordered 3 huge canvases. It was the breaking point that crystallized the purpose of his paintings; he realized he was painting a positive reflection of his own life, one not bound by the biases or expectations of anyone, one that was bigger and brighter than any pair of handcuffs could contain. Rod questions: can we relieve minorities of this burden simply by adding some vibrancy to their identity? He'd like to think the answer is yes. To be dark does not necessitate a need to be represented as dangerous.[14]

He has his debut solo show entitled "Neon Black" in September 2018 and received critical acclaim for his efforts.

The Milli Vanilli version of "Girl You Know It's True", recorded at Frank Farian's FAR studios in Rosbach, Germany in the spring of 1988, started with only a drum track and two female vocalists, Linda Rocco and Jodie Rocco, American twin sisters living in Germany and successful in the music industry. Frank asked the girls to listen to the Numarx version so they would know what to sing. The record was on a turntable in the studio and Frank played the vocal parts for the girls. There was only the drum track to follow, making the Rocco twins were the first vocals on the track.[citation needed][clarification needed]

I am really fascinated by how people get and stay in Wikipedia.

For example really unimportant baseball players can get in just for being the majors even for only 1 year, even if only 1% of baseball fans know who they are

The duo performs as caricatures of themselves and consists of Jonathan Frank (lead vocals, guitar, and all other instruments) and Josh Deane (lead vocals, guitar, and all other instruments), and it's been said that it's never quite clear where reality ends and fiction begins. Their music, which Colorado Parent described as "reminiscent of the Beach Boys" is a unique blend of rock, pop, acoustic guitars, tight harmonies, and catchy melodies. Often compared to Pixar because of their content, quality, and presentation, FRANK & DEANE's various works (music, art, videos, shows, and more) are intended to be "enjoyed by a broad audience of every generation of kids, parents, and grandparents." They have devoted fans of all ages.

I'm guessing Stanley Wood might have written the wiki page of Showaddywaddy drummer, Romeo Challenger.

Challenger also dabbled in drum teaching. Although he wasn't able to make such an iconic career out of this (unlike his music career) he had one pupil by the name of Stanley Wood. Hours of lessons later and Stanley Wood formed the band Ant Hill, who dominate the music scene in Leicester. Famously, Wood has also gone on to create multiple films such as All In, November 18th, and The Curse of Black Annis, using music from Challenger's band Showaddywaddy.
