I had WH scattered and covered hashbrowns 2-3 times a week for three years and I think I only ever got them diced once. Sometimes an onion would sneak in and it would make me feel funny.

tehresa if you don't order them scattered they come in a puck shape, i.e. the shape they are on the fryer (this is why the scattered HBs are approx 40% browned and the rest not - the rest has been inside the puck)
