are you a sunset or sunrise person?
any golden memories?

I love seeing the sunrise if I've stayed up all night, then going to bed. I do fondly and romantically remember cruising on a sailing boat off Madeira and watching the sun set, on my then-wife's birthday, but generally I pay little attention to either.

Surises. Best seen from the other side, having stayed up all night. Best sunrise I've ever seen - on the train from Joburg to Durban, watching the sun rise over these spectacular mountains, all rose pink and gorgeous.

I love both. Especially down at the beach, watching the sunset shimmer across the sea and admiring the Arran mountains.

i love both, and see many sunrises now with my son waking in the wee hours for breakfast, but i have fond memories of seeing sunrises following a major night out and watching in a kind of daze.

Sunsets - with the pollution in LA, we get some wonderful ones, esp. over the water, and my favorite time of day is right after the sun sets, just before the purple half light outside turns to black with the nightfall

My favorite sunrises are seen on vacations and holidays because you know you can do whatever you want that day.
