Should we panic?

I love the line:'Perhaps some politicians will make a feeble attempt to nuke the Black Hole. But that's so stupid. You can't blow up something that is not really an object -- but a hole'.

I prefer

"Meanwhile, the winters become unbearable cold. Rivers and even oceans freeze. Farmlands turn into barren, permafrosted tundra plains. Animals die, plants die, and undoubtedly, you'll buy some extra socks."

Many of the `minor' omens (there are 72 signs in total) are already here for everybody to be seen. Men will behave more like women and women will imitate men.' And I'll be wearing a little black number when the world ends. You can't go wrong with that, can you?
