One night in London....where to go.

I'm going out in London on Saturday night and am looking for pubs and clubs with good music (by this I mean guitars) and good people (by this I mean people who won't want to start a fight with me for walking past them or glancing in their general direction.) Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved.

popstarz is on at the Scala in Kings Cross and it's (well last time i went) a mix of nu-metal, cheesey old indie and eurodisco/80s/pop stuff.
