Kim (Kim), Sunday, 27 October 2002 13:51 (twenty-three years ago)

What's with this being (almost) a girls only thread? Did the word 'baby' scare away all the boys other than Julio?

toraneko (toraneko), Sunday, 27 October 2002 13:58 (twenty-three years ago)

I'm reading, but I have no baby photos of me. Are we seeing evidence that women are more likely to have photos of themselves as babies? You were all ever so cute, anyway.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Sunday, 27 October 2002 14:07 (twenty-three years ago)

As for my baby photos, I'd need to get them scanned in, along with a few other things.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Sunday, 27 October 2002 14:39 (twenty-three years ago)

I though babies were meant to be ugly?

Graham (graham), Sunday, 27 October 2002 15:15 (twenty-three years ago)

If only I could find my baby photos!

Heh, I just noticed something rather funny. If you compare the last photo I posted on the 'what do you look like' thread and my baby one here - it's practically the same pose. Looks like some things never change.

Actually, it looks like "Bon Hudson". In which case, you opted out of one of the most rock and roll names ever.

ron (ron), Thursday, 21 November 2002 02:11 (twenty-three years ago)

This is a really tatty old photo that's been kicking about at the bottom of a drawer for years - but it's just about the only one I can find of me when I was young. My parents obv didn't bother much with photographing their children - I wonder why?!

Anyhow - this is me aged 4. I have a cute bow in my hair. How twee.

C J (C J), Friday, 22 November 2002 17:58 (twenty-three years ago)

five months pass...
I'm borrowing a digital camera today. I wonder how well it would come out if I took a photo of my photo of Very Young Tep In An Izod Shirt.

Board of the Damned

Something is seriously amiss in the tiny British message board of Ilxwich. A number of extraterrestrial 'cuckoo' babies post on the board on the same night. All look the same, weigh the same, and even have the same curious cross-hatched hair and underdeveloped fingernails. Four years later, the children have all prematurely reached the age of nine or so -- and all behave in a weird, conspiratorial manner, comporting themselves more like adults than kids. Resident scientist Ned Raggett, one of the fathers, surmises that the bizarre manner of the children - from their zombielike movements to their cold, staring eyes-is the result of radioactivity, possibly extraterrestrial in nature. Have they arrived from another planet, or from alt.fan.momus? One thing is certain: the children possess powers far beyond those of ordinary mortals. And they must be stopped.

Chris P (Chris P), Thursday, 9 October 2003 02:37 (twenty-two years ago)

No, actually I would love to. IIRC, he's the guy who used to take me aside and lecture me about why hating sports was immoral and unAmerican. Seriously.
