Write the inaugural address that Trump will never give. You'd have to find just the right tone and not overdo it--sometimes I like the parody guy in The New Yorker, sometimes he brings out the sledgehammer. The basic idea would be that Trump would still be settling scores with Ted Cruz, Megan Kelly, Paul Ryan, and everyone else in his inaugural.

six months pass...

a route planning app where you input your desired walking/running distance (ex. 3 miles) and a region on a street map (ex. a 3 mile radius from your home address), and you get back a map of routes that are very close to that distance (ex. five laps around Oak Hill Cir. is 3.004 miles; the junction of West Rd. and Deer Glen Dr. is 2.997 miles from the junction of West Rd. and Hemlock Dr., etc.). you'd be able to specify the level of precision (ex. +/- 0.2%), the type of course (ex. circuit, direct a-to-b route), and the min/max elevation gain

routeloops is the closest thing I can find to this idea, but it only allows you to input one starting point at a time, and the route distances are often wildly different from your specification

^probably not an actual million dollar idea, as it would only appeal to a small population of obsessive assholes

I actually tried to put bands in there--e.g., an intersection of the Beatles and Wings--and you would answer a specific person for each box, but I couldn't make it work.

Putting this here because there's no Your Billion Dollar Idea for Today thread. (Good god, my post above from eight years ago...)

A map which adds every ride you take to it using data from Strava, Map My Ride or some other app. You can then see which routes you haven’t done and could create a heat map for those you’ve done more frequently.

No doubt there’s probably something out there already.

Indian fast food takeaway similar to Taco Bell/BK/MacDonalds, but offering filled naans, chapatis, pakoras and dips etc

Given how popular Indian food is, surprised no one has tried this.

A roomba snow-thrower. It would be called a Snobot.

A roomba that goes along your gutters and chews the dead leaves into fine mulch that will wash away rather than block the downpipes.

But to get that roomba on the roof. Ah, it's also a drone!
