My tip = be happy around him/her and not AT ALL pushy, creepy, over-affectionate or passive-aggressive. When you're in bed, don't seem keen, just cuddle him/her without touching you-know-where, smile at him/her, talk about unrelated things and roll over without trying to initiate anything.

Don't talk about it until it gets to a stage where you have to - pressure is the killer here, and will not just spoil your night, it'll sow seeds of doubt and worry into both your minds.

Of course, if after a long time it's clear that your sexual expectations are vastly different, I don't know what to do.
