I have currently lost:
2 car keys, mysteriously vanished within the fortnight prior to my car being stolen. Car was hot-wired, so I didn't accidentally leave them somewhere findable; but after 7 years of car ownership, suddenly both keys disappeared, and I've never found them since, despite a massive seacrh. This no longer matters, as it was 18 months ago and I have a new car, but they remain MIA.
A tube of Superglue. Used only once, but now desperately needed again. Not a fucking clue where the irritatingly small tube has got to.
The cover to "It's a Cool Cool Christmas" CD. Dematerialised sometime after March this year. Unlikely to be in hoover.
Tweezers: possibly not really a mystery, as I kept them within knocking distance of my bedroom bin.
Wedding invitation to good friend's wedding in New Jersey, which I'm actually going to. Urgently needed for plane ticket bookage, following the discovery that Jersey is not a few hundred acres to the left of NYC.
90% of hair on head. I just know it'll be in the last place I look, but still irritating and mildly disfiguring.

Lost a nice earring at ATP two years ago, which I was only mildly annoyed about since it was really cheap until I discovered that the shop I got it from had stopped selling earrings and had no idea where they'd got them from. Lost half of a pair of probably more expensive but not very nice earrings which I was planning to wear anyway because my grandma got me them and I was going to wear them to visit her.
Plus SOMEWHERE in this house there must be a really big pile of nail scissors because I keep buying the bastards when I realise I can't find any of the pairs I already have.
I really wish I could fit some kind of radio tracking device to everything I own or have ever borrowed.
Time to hit submit and lose a little more of my dignity, if I have any left by now...

I found the Ovuca cd, although not its case or inlay, but the tracklisting's on the cd so I'm not too bothered right now. I post here only to note that the track before "Kissa" is called "Meng". Yay!
