i'd like clarification on the difference between a Count (and whats a Viscount?) and a Baron....unlike more regal titles like Duke they have become synonomous with EEEEVIIIILLLL! is this just down to Dracula and the Kaiser's 'Red Baron'?

i'd just like the Spanish 'title' 'El' - El Stevo, El Mannion, thatd be great...and i could live in El Castillo Del Mannion

according to an old dictionary: count is a non-english viscount (ergo count dracula), and a viscount stands in order between an earl and a baron...but it's probably more complicated than this.
